I started Simple because I could not shop the way I wanted to. It wasn’t only about plastic for me, although a big part. It’s my total impact on the earth. I try to tread as lightly as possible. This means I am careful of the products I stock. It’s about the ingredients in a product, where the ingredients come from, that people have been paid fairly through the supply chain, that its biodegradable and home compostable, reusable. That it treads lightly on the earth.
